Master’s degree in Psychology and a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience

I work as a brain scientist in a research laboratory focused on developmental psychology, where my work centres on early language and cognitive development in infancy and early childhood. As a neuroscientist, I am fascinated by how the brain functions in constant interaction with its environment. I view brain health as a cornerstone of overall well-being, forming the foundation for mental and emotional health across the lifespan. From this perspective, mind and body are inseparable, continuously influencing one another in dynamic and meaningful ways.

Alongside my academic work, I am a Holistic Solution Focused Coach. I am currently in my fourth year of training at the Hakomi Institute of Mallorca and integrate Hakomi-informed principles into my coaching practice. I am deeply inspired by the Hakomi method for its integration of solid theoretical foundations and empirical research with mindfulness, loving presence, compassionate acceptance, and relational attunement. I am a student member of the European Association for Body Psychotherapy (https://eabp.org).
